Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

• Weather events

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

• Submission of evidence to payment processors

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from the purchase of products shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

The purchaser consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
